**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Physical Education Teacher to join our team at Isca Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, with a focus on raising achievement and progress in Physical Education.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive Physical Education lessons to students at Key Stage 4, with a focus on OCR Cambridge National qualifications.
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support student growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of our students.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student well-being and achievement.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in teaching Physical Education at Key Stage 4, with a focus on OCR Cambridge National qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum design and delivery, with the ability to adapt to changing educational landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a focus on staying up-to-date with best practices in Physical Education teaching and learning.
