We are looking for a passionate Assistant Culinary Leader to join our charming, family-run establishment located in the scenic countryside.

This recently updated venue aims to become a sought-after destination, emphasizing a food philosophy centered on sustainability, local organic ingredients, and regenerative agricultural practices.

The proprietors also manage a nearby organic farm and kitchen garden, providing high-quality produce to some of the finest restaurants in the area, as well as to our establishment.

You will work alongside our skilled head chef, who brings over 20 years of experience from renowned restaurants. This role offers a unique opportunity to explore innovative approaches to pub cuisine, utilizing the freshest ingredients available.

A two-bedroom furnished apartment is included with this position, allowing the successful candidate to reside there without rental costs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • Mentoring and developing kitchen staff
  • Creating an appealing menu focused on sustainability, utilizing exceptional ingredients to craft seasonal dishes
