Senior Portfolio Manager, Direct Lending Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our Direct Lending team at E Fundresearch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving origination and execution of direct lending transactions across middle market and larger cap transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Source and evaluate new transactions, conduct due diligence, and prepare credit approval memos to obtain credit approval.
- Identify and develop strategic contacts with market participants, including banks, advisors, financial sponsors, and direct borrowers, to support the sourcing of lending opportunities.
- Manage portfolio accounts, monitor performance, and covenant compliance, and provide performance updates to managers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with debt advisory community, private equity community, and other direct lenders to drive idea flow and ease execution of ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience investing in middle market lending transactions, including origination and credit underwriting.
- Strong experience in leading negotiations of credit agreements and other legal documentation.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
- Strong work ethic and integrity, with a team-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
