Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Focus Resourcing. As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the setup and management of their property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Progress the setup of new appointments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist with investigations, instruct managing agents, letting/sales agents, insurance brokers, and legal advisers to ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards.
  • Prepare exit strategy reports and manage the closure of appointments on sale or redemption.
  • Prepare monthly income and expenditure statements and seek cost recovery.
  • Ensure all project files are compliant with internal processes, RICS, and NARA standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous residential property experience is essential.
  • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail are required.
  • A basic understanding of accounts is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
