Mobile Automation Test Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Automation Test Lead to join our team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation frameworks, particularly in mobile testing, and possess leadership capabilities to guide a team of testers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of mobile automation testers to deliver high-quality test automation solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation frameworks using JavaScript and other technologies.
  • Automate functional and regression testing for mobile applications across different platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA, to define and implement test strategies.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and automated testing.
  • Mentor and train team members in automation best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile automation testing and tools.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on mobile test automation.
  • ~3+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and other technologies for mobile automation.
  • ~ Strong knowledge of mobile testing frameworks and tools.
  • ~ Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and integrating automation into the pipeline.
  • ~ Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and QA processes.
