Role Overview:

If you have a passion for retail and customer interaction, the Retail Sales Associate position at 8Bits places you at the heart of our retail operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and interact with customers, offering assistance and information regarding our products and services.
  • Guide customers in their purchasing decisions by providing product suggestions and addressing inquiries.
  • Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, managing cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing, ensuring products are attractively displayed.
  • Restock merchandise and maintain fully stocked and properly labeled shelves.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
  • Promote ongoing sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
  • Address customer issues and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Engage in training sessions and stay informed about product knowledge and sales techniques.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a retail or sales position is preferred but not mandatory.
