Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Provide high-quality technical advice, service, and maintenance to customers on Ford and other brand vehicles.
- Compliance and Safety: Work within relevant protocols, as dictated by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and relevant suppliers.
- Team Collaboration: Assist senior and master technicians, undertake learning and development as prescribed, and maintain comprehensive records.
- Culture and Development: Create and maintain a supportive culture for colleagues, commit to ongoing learning and development, and deliver services in a resource-effective manner.
- Training and Development: Ensure the skills and knowledge of technicians are kept up to date by providing supervision, training, and guidance.
- Qualifications: ATA accredited, plus fully qualified – City & Guilds or NVQ qualification.
- Skills and Experience: Demonstrate ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork, strong organizational skills, and ability to support, coach, and counsel colleagues.
- Driving License: Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
