Electrical System Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical System Design Engineer to join our team at a leading aerospace company. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, verifying, and testing electrical systems for safety-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems, managing requirements and bill of materials throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Provide technical support to the team and broader business, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical system design meets regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Occasionally travel internationally to support customer and supplier meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical system design, particularly within safety-critical environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical product design, development, and testing methodologies.
  • Experience managing bill of materials in a complex engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with schematic electrical design tools.
