About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Mears Group PLC. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and compassion for working with vulnerable adults.
  • Ability to demonstrate dignity and respect for service users.
  • Physical fitness (not extreme).
  • Ability to manage behavior which challenges.
