We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fundraising Data Manager to join our team at Isabel Hospice.
As a key member of our Fundraising Team, your primary responsibility will be to process and ensure high-quality data. You will oversee the management of our Raiser's Edge CRM system, which contains all fundraising data, as well as records of voluntary gifts and Gift Aid. You will also take the lead in improving the database and training staff on how to use it effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Data Processing & Management: Develop and implement fundraising data processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct a structured data analysis program to gain a deep understanding of our donors and provide actionable recommendations to inform fundraising strategies.
- Measuring & Reporting: Provide key data metrics and regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Training: Design and deliver training programs for staff on the effective use of the Raiser's Edge CRM system, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to maximize its potential.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing and working with fundraising databases, with a strong understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
- Knowledge: Strong focus on attention to detail, skilled in data analysis and presentation, with excellent communication skills.
- Attributes: A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for data-driven fundraising, willing to work flexible hours according to the needs of the department.
Requirements: Successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check.
