Operations Director

E3 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to lead our pioneering team on a large-scale manufacturing site.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting best practice and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on site and setting up the operational strategy to develop efficiency and drive performance.

• Manage and coordinate the site's operations, ensuring compliance with specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
• Develop and implement lean and continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with senior leaders from other departments to achieve project goals and compliance with safety, environmental, health, and quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the OPEX/CAPEX budget to align with technical projects for the site.
