Person SpecificationQualifications
- RGN/1st Level RN UK NMC registration
- Adult Critical Care Course or equivalent
- Mentorship Course or Equivalent
- ILS Course
- 1st Degree or willingness to undertake

- Supervised and assessed Management experience or practice
- Evidence of competent clinical and professional practice knowledge
- Record of continuing professional development
- Involvement and knowledge of relevant research in practice
Clinical
- Advanced nursing skills – defibrillation, haemodynamic monitoring, and haemofiltration
Communication and Relationship Skills
- Evidence of verbal and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all members of the Multidisciplinary Team, patients, and relatives
