Our company, Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment, is committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients and prides itself on its excellent local market knowledge, providing first-class Estate Agency, Letting Agency, and New Homes services to various locations.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate lettings contracts with landlords and tenants
- Generate new business opportunities in a highly competitive market
- Turn enquiries into actual business through effective prospecting and negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords
- Stay up-to-date with current compliance and legislation, including a full understanding of the Housing Act
- Create new opportunities for growth and development
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords
- 5+ years of experience in Lettings
- ARLA qualification or working towards it
- Proactive, driven, and ambitious individual
- Accomplished at winning new business
- Experience in negotiating contracts
- Good background in managing and mentoring staff
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Engaging, informative, and passionate individual
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Basic salary of £28,000
- OTE of £40,000 - £45,000
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 5pm
