IMT Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team and drive business growth in the UK and EMEA markets. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and developing a strong network of contacts within the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and direct outreach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in the UK and EMEA markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing efforts and support sales initiatives.
- Provide sales insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on ERP or SaaS solutions within the UK market.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
- A strong network of contacts within the UK market is highly desirable.
- Base salary up to £80,000 depending on experience and scale of customers previously targeted.
- Fully remote roles with no office requirement.
- Strong progression opportunities within a growing function.
