As a Construction Site Coordinator, you will be integral to the successful delivery of construction projects. Your role will involve meticulous site management, adherence to quality standards, compliance with health and safety regulations, and effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
Site Management and Layout:
Employ state-of-the-art surveying tools to achieve precise measurements, layout project components, and oversee the dimensional integrity of the construction process.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all work meets project specifications, industry benchmarks, and safety protocols. Promote a safety-first culture on-site by implementing and upholding health and safety practices to safeguard all personnel.
Manage the procurement, handling, and storage of construction materials, ensuring they are delivered on time and utilized correctly.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive records of daily operations, generate progress reports, and communicate effectively with project managers and team members.
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, striving for efficient solutions to keep the project on schedule.
Collaboration:
Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project execution.
Organize and maintain project documentation, including plans, drawings, and as-built records.
Budget and Resource Management:
Assist in tracking project expenses and resource allocation to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, particularly in large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Proficient in utilizing advanced surveying instruments and relevant software.
• Comprehensive understanding of heavy civil engineering construction techniques, materials, and quality assurance standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction sector.
