Kenton Black Finance is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success.
About the RoleThe Financial Controller will be responsible for leading a team of finance assistants, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic support to the CFO and CEO. Key duties will include:
- Leading a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Providing financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
Kenton Black Finance offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000, depending on experience, as well as a bonus scheme up to 5% of salary. The company also offers a range of benefits, including:
- Full-time role with 37.5 hours per week
- Compressed hours Monday - Thursday, with a 12pm finish on Fridays
- Office-based role with the option to work from home on Fridays
- 30 days annual leave entitlement
- Company sick pay
- Relaxed and casual office culture
- Free on-site parking
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong financial management skills, with experience in leading a finance team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
