Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers and helping to resolve any issues
- Take ownership of running duty shifts, ensuring the store is running efficiently and effectively
- Lead by example, setting a high standard for customer service and store operations
- Coach and develop colleagues to improve their skills and performance
- Monitor and maintain store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
What We Offer
As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will receive a competitive rate of pay, starting from £14.28 an hour, with opportunities for progression and development. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
