CFO Opportunity for a Fast-Growing Manufacturing Tech Startup

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to join our team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Headstar, a fast-growing manufacturing tech startup. As CFO, you will play a key role in driving the success of our business, working closely with the CEO and department heads to ensure operations can scale as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the finance function, overseeing all financial processes and reporting to ensure the business is prepared for its next phase of growth.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process, manage financial forecasting, and oversee cash management.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure operations can scale as the company expands.
  • Play a key role in shaping the broader business strategy, with involvement in areas such as supply chain oversight and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Director or CFO in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen across all areas of finance and commercial, including contract negotiations, R&D tax credits, and investor relations.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
