As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transaction Processing: You will be responsible for processing financial transactions, including entering and producing invoices, posting month-end journals, and reconciling supplier statements.
  • Financial Data Management: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, using business systems to input and maintain records.
  • Customer Communication: You will communicate with customers to ensure payment of invoices and resolve any financial discrepancies.
  • General Office Duties: You will perform general office and administration duties, including managing bank payments and maintaining a high level of organization.

Requirements:

  • Financial Experience: You will have experience in a transactional finance role, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Technical Skills: You will have excellent Microsoft experience, including Excel skills, and be proficient in using business systems to input and maintain accurate records.
  • Soft Skills: You will possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and have the ability to use initiative.
