Key Responsibilities:
* Define and manage the product roadmap for the Guest app, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
* Lead the analytics efforts to measure app performance and user engagement, identifying trends, and presenting performance reports to stakeholders.
* Act as the primary contact for all Guest app-related inquiries, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring transparent communication.
* Optimize the user experience by driving App Store Optimization (ASO), conducting usability testing, and refining user interfaces.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct market research to keep the Guest app competitive and innovative.
* Lead and mentor a cross-functional product team, promoting best practices in product management and agile methodologies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Product Manager of mobile apps, with a strong track record of managing product roadmaps and driving development from concept to launch.
* Experience in taking a new app to market, including App Store Optimization.
* Ideally, experience in the Travel or Hospitality industry.
* Understanding of the React Native and Expo technology stack would be a bonus.
* Proficiency in analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and UX/UI design principles.
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* A customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote team setting.
