Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at our new state-of-the-art site in Milton Keynes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate records.
  • Chase parts orders to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays for the wider bodyshop team.
  • Liaise with suppliers to request delivery dates and coordinate returns for credit.
  • Contribute to managing and maintaining our supplier relationships.
  • Ensure the Parts Department is kept clean and organized.

About You

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with:

  • Previous experience working in a purchasing role, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Commercially astute with a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues and external suppliers.
