Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced NPD Technologist to join our team at White Raven Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and leading NPD and EPD projects from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative product designs, capturing new trends and key insights for NPD and EPD projects.
  • Collaborate with key retailers to create and develop product designs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and site specifications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting key milestones and deadlines.
  • Sourcing new ingredients, ensuring they are fit for purpose, budget-friendly, and meet customer site requirements.
  • Attend customer submission meetings, providing expert knowledge and support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a degree-level qualification in a relevant scientific subject.
  • Proven experience working as an NPD Technologist in the food industry, ideally within the bakery sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
  • Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
