This Senior Producer role is a key position in our team, responsible for developing production solutions, bids, and best practices for animated, live-action, and mixed-media commercials and branded content productions.

  • Develop and lead production methodologies that leverage our capabilities, innovative techniques, talent, and partners.
  • Collaborate with directors, crew, and clients to create bespoke production solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage multiple bids and projects, taking a proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with directors, crew, and clients to drive creative and business success.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging pipelines and new ways of working, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.

The Branded Content team produces short and mid-form film productions for commercials, branded entertainment, music videos, games trailers, and work for good. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative, creative projects with high-profile clients and a tight-knit team of award-winning directors and in-house talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective branded content.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, directors, and crew to drive creative and business success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of producer experience in a similar APA production company, animation studio, or post-house.
  • Experience with animation pipelines, including 3D and 2D, with knowledge of stop frame and live-action production.
  • Production contract and insurance understanding.
  • A pragmatic self-starter who takes initiative and can lead under pressure.
  • Strong multi-tasking, administrative, and organisational skills.
  • Software savvy – MS Office, Adobe CS, G Suite.

We offer a flexible and hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from our studio three days a week.
