Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in South West London Pathology. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in the field by providing technical support and maintenance services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team.
  • Be supported by a strong leadership team, involved in key projects to deliver successful installations for our Customers that meet their requirements and that of our company.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Support laboratory systems in the field of clinical diagnostics and automation. You'll partner with the customer not only on technical issues, but how to maximize the instrument's usage.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree (Engineer Technology, biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering, robotic, Computer Science, health informatics or related) or validated equivalent experience.
  • Hold a current valid drivers license. Ability to travel and provide support in assigned geography. Associates who drive Beckman Coulter vehicles will follow the Danaher Company Vehicle Policy.
  • Willingness to diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, familiar with IT infrastructures.
