Energy Executive Director

The Pennsylvania Immigration and Citizenship Coalition (PICC) is seeking a highly effective and compassionate leader to serve as its Executive Director. This is a unique opportunity to join a diverse coalition of over 50 member organizations and play a key role in shaping the organization's vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the coalition's fundraising efforts, working closely with the Resource Director to secure funding from traditional and non-traditional sources.
- Build and maintain relationships with local members and national partners, fostering a strong network of support for the coalition's work.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance and strategic planning, setting the organization's vision and direction.
- Oversee the fiscal integrity of the organization, developing an annual budget and providing regular financial reports to the Board.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and elected officials to broaden the coalition's impact and influence.
- Effectively engage with the public, communicating the coalition's mission and values through written and verbal channels.
- Build the coalition's capacity to lead advocacy efforts at the local, state, and federal levels, resulting in policy change and positive outcomes for immigrant communities.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive organizational culture, promoting the wellbeing of all staff and members.
- Develop and execute the strategic plan, ensuring the organization achieves its goals and fulfills its mission and vision.
- Guide and mentor employees, leading with care, tenacity, and passion.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to immigrant rights, strategic fundraising skills, and experience in coalition building and leadership. Fluency in a language spoken within Pennsylvania's immigrant communities is preferred. The Executive Director will be based in Pennsylvania and will require some travel statewide. This is a full-time position with occasional weekend and evening hours.
