Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and experienced Licensed Conveyancer with over 3 years of post-qualification experience to join our esteemed residential conveyancing division.

As a Lead Residential Property Solicitor at Nelsons, you will be integral to our Property Department. This role presents an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage a diverse portfolio of cases, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to the strategic advancement of the department.

  • Manage a varied portfolio of residential property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, remortgages, and equity transfers.
  • Deliver expert legal counsel and support to clients throughout the property transaction process, ensuring exceptional standards of client service.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering protocols.
  • Guide and oversee junior solicitors and support personnel, promoting a collaborative and nurturing team atmosphere.
  • Contribute to the expansion of the Property Department through networking, marketing strategies, and client relationship management.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to processes to improve efficiency and service delivery within the department.
