Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred support and care to service users.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and independence of service users.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of best practice in social care, continually developing the service to meet the needs of service users.
  • Utilize your skills and experience to manage people and processes effectively, contributing to the success of the care home.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Previous deputy managerial experience in a similar environment, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and a strong 'can-do' attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
