SEN Tutor - Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Tutor to join our team at EdEx. As a SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and progressive Primary School in the Borough of Greenwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEN, including Autism (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD, and behavioral difficulties.
  • Work closely with the SENCo and other professionals to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Attend weekly training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in SEN support.
  • Collaborate with a range of professionals, including therapists, counselors, and SEN Teachers, to provide a comprehensive support system for students.

Requirements:

  • Degree from a reputable University.
  • Outgoing, forward-thinking, and creative personality.
  • Strong understanding of SEN and ability to adapt to different learning needs.
  • Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential.
