Job Summary

We are seeking an inspirational and enthusiastic leader to head our dynamic Under 18's ministry. This is a key role that will oversee the outreach, pastoral care, and discipleship of our under 18 year olds, ensuring their growth in faith and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Expand Youth Ministries

Develop and expand Sunday and mid-week children's ministries, creating engaging and interactive experiences that foster spiritual growth and community development.

Foster Mission and Evangelism

Foster mission, evangelism, and outreach to local youth, building relationships and creating opportunities for spiritual growth and community engagement.

Build Strong Relationships

Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families, providing pastoral care and support to ensure their well-being and spiritual growth.

Requirements

We're looking for a committed, baptised, evangelical charismatic Christian with proven experience of and a passion for working with children in a Christian context. You will have excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate both children and young people. You will need flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
