Commercial Banking Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Banking Director to join our team at Metro Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to acquire new commercial customers and grow existing relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong network of introducers and partners in your local community.
- Lead a team of Local Business Managers to achieve business objectives and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in commercial banking or a related field.
- Strong business development and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, introducers, and partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
