Job Summary:
The CYPL Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the business operations of CRA GROUP LIMITED by providing administrative support and data management services. This is a 6-month contract position with a local authority, requiring a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on business operations and administrative procedures.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven experience in providing administrative support and data management services in a business environment.
• Strong understanding of business operations and administrative procedures, including data management and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Working Arrangements:
• Hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
• 37 hours per week, with flexible working hours to accommodate business needs.
