Job Title: Plant Fitter

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Plant Fitter to join our team in Gloucester. As a Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and servicing of a fleet of 35 forklifts, both at the workshop and at client sites within the Gloucester area. You will focus on ensuring operational efficiency and safety, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, service, and repair forklifts for the workshop and for clients
  • Optional Overtime combined with a profit-based bonus to increase your earnings
  • Work in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, especially with forklifts
  • A valid UK driver's license
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills through professional training
