Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator to join our Projects team in Bristol.

This is a full-time, permanent role that will involve working closely with the Social Sustainability team to lead and deliver projects related to Social Value, Equality, and Diversity on high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to inform social value and sustainability bid writing
  • Collaborate with supply chain partners to influence training that achieves social value targets
  • Build relationships with local schools, colleges, charities, and other organizations to identify and drive social value outcomes
  • Coordinate and participate in community volunteering days
  • Organize and host meetings to discuss Social Value requirements for contracts
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a Social Value or Community Engagement role
  • Knowledge of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion networks
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
