Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability and focusing on the customer journey.
  • Divide your time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
  • Help drive business performance, passionate about customer experience, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,881-£34,237 per annum.
  • An average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year, with potential to earn more.
  • A 5-day working week.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management.
  • Ability to deliver coaching and training to colleagues.
  • Technical or mechanical ability or experience.
  • Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • IT proficiency, with a willingness to learn in-house systems.
  • Good time management and a current valid driving licence.
