Job Summary
Bilfinger is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Document Controller to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the flow of documents and information on projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the project document register, systems, and processes.
- Support the Engineering Project Manager in the management of change to the register.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date status of the information/document flow whenever requested.
- Advise on the next review/approval phase of a document.
- Ensure project team members have accurate and up-to-date information.
- Enable other project members to focus on their respective roles.
- Support design, specification, and procurement activities on National Gas Transition Projects.
- Work on projects ranging from Concept Design to EPC projects for different sectors.
- Provide a valuable link between Engineering and other departments on EPC projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in document management and control.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
