We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Bellway Homes. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our building projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or quantity surveying
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the housebuilding industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
