Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Technician to join our team. As a Senior Structural Technician, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of structural projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, education, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of structural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure specification and feasibility are met.
  • Produce designs based on 3D models for new build structures, with an element of refurbishment projects.
  • Work on steel and concrete structure design, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Structural team, mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in structural design and engineering, with a degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledgeable in the structural construction sector, with a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
