Job Title: Field Operations Manager

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service during the installation phase of their contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the installation process to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Manage and motivate a team of installers to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in a high-volume residential or construction project.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
