Position Overview:
Join a distinguished national construction firm in a pivotal role that harmonizes heritage with modern techniques. We are in search of a Heritage Building Surveyor to support renovation initiatives on historically significant structures. This role is primarily site-focused.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise all financial aspects of prominent heritage renovations and extensions.
2. Generate precise monthly valuations and financial submissions.
3. Manage detailed monthly financial reports.
4. Efficiently handle procurement of bulk materials and subcontractors.
5. Oversee contract variations and direct labor payments.

Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in the financial management of construction projects, particularly in the renovation of heritage properties and upscale new builds.
- Relevant degree or qualification.
- Strong leadership capabilities as a Heritage Building Surveyor, ensuring project finances align with targets and enhancing profitability.
- Ability to collaborate closely with the Contract Manager and step in during their absence.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in meeting deadlines, with a strong aptitude for managing project timelines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
