Instrumentation Project Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Project Engineer to join our team at a well-established chemical manufacturer. As an Instrumentation Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the full life-cycle management of chemical plant instrumentation projects, from initial concept to commissioning.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on technically interesting projects and contribute to the success of our business. You will have the chance to work on a mixture of new projects and modifications of existing ones, using your skills and experience to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full life-cycle management of chemical plant instrumentation projects
  • Mixture between new instrumentation projects and modifications of existing ones
  • Creating instrumentation drawings using CAD packages

Requirements:

  • Instrumentation apprenticeship
  • Background working in Project Engineering/Management
  • Experience with different types of Instrumentation & control systems (e.g. level, flow, temperature, pressure, mass instrumentation, PLC controllers, safety instrumented systems)
  • Understanding of CAD systems
