Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our Medical Devices team. As a Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all projects and line managing staff. Your expertise in Medical Devices is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead regulatory and clinical projects of varying scope and size through the project lifecycle, including:
- New Product Introduction Projects: Oversee the development and launch of new medical devices, ensuring they meet the highest regulatory standards and are backed by robust clinical evidence.
- Management of Regulatory CAPAs: Manage and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement projects: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Project Management Qualification: Hold a Prince2 or other established project management methodology qualification.
- Project Management Experience: Have a highly disciplined and detailed approach to project management and associated timelines.
- Line Management Experience: Have experience of line management and task delegation.
- Medical Devices Experience: Have experience of working with medical devices.
