About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaning Specialist to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our cleaning and support team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: High and low dusting, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Area Maintenance: Cleaning of wards, side rooms, toilets, showers, and public areas to maintain high hospital standards.
  • Waste Management: Ensuring rubbish bins are maintained and removed when full.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Using equipment in accordance with the role, following all Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Communication: Passionate about patient care, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
  • Teamwork: Able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
