Join Park Plaza as a Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Park Plaza. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting and point-of-sale systems
