About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maximizing customer service levels and acting as a bridge between the Customer Services and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and manage special prices for key accounts
  • Handle export-related documentation accurately and meet deadlines
  • Support booking requests and liaise with NPD and Technical teams
  • Manage procurement systems and upload new pricing and product information
  • Resolve day-to-day issues and communicate customer forecasts to the Planning team
  • Update monthly KPI tracker and support new product development launches
  • Fulfill administrative tasks and provide support to the Commercial team
  • Manage procurement systems and upload new pricing and product information
  • Prepare and adjust updated codes, pricing, and product details to ensure purchasing systems are correct
  • Support the communication of new or delisted lines
  • Perform one-off requests, such as checking delivery details of all accounts
  • Support the new season pricing mail shot
Requirements
  • Previous administration and sales support experience in retail, commercial, and/or export settings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions
  • Ability to take initiative and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook
