Role Summary
We are currently seeking a Housing Project Coordinator to deliver essential housing and property management support to vulnerable young individuals aged 16-21. The primary objective is to facilitate successful transitions and achieve measurable outcomes for these individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive risk assessments at designated intervals in accordance with service agreements, while effectively identifying, documenting, and responding to safeguarding incidents.
Previous experience in supporting at-risk youth, whether in care, residential, or educational settings, is crucial. Familiarity with housing management practices will be considered a significant advantage.
A DBS check will be a prerequisite for this position.
Possession of a full driving license and access to a personal vehicle is also beneficial.
