Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our team at LWC Drinks. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of products to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse & Distribution Manager to complete tasks that support the day-to-day running of the warehouse.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, including the upkeep of stock and storage areas.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure accurate inventory levels and correct storage of products.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies or shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Participate in the receipt and storage of new stock, ensuring accurate documentation and bin-bay location.
- Support the stock team in following stock write-off procedures and notify them of any breakages.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and protocols at all times.
- Prioritize workloads and adapt to changing circumstances as needed.
- Assist drivers as required and provide support with warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent team work and communication skills.
- Good product knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.
- Flexi FLT license is a plus.
