Job Title: Team Leader Production Operations

AWE is currently recruiting for a Team Leader Production Operations in the Explosives Group.

About the Role

This role is ideally suited to anyone who has a passion for delivery and has an interest in people and developing staff into a high-performing team, while delivering product safely and to the correct quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise an operations team and develop and coach the team to achieve high performance.
  • Plan and deliver the day-to-day workload, ensuring documentation is in place and ready for operations.
  • Actively participate in the Level 1 ODT and promote great behaviors.
  • Support the Production Delivery Manager in interpreting metrics and data, and work with various teams to understand operational status, risks, and improvements.
