About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in family law, handling both straightforward and complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Expert Advice on all aspects of Family and Matrimonial law, including Divorce, Separation, and Financial Arrangements.
  • Handle Complex Matters involving Businesses, Pensions, Farms, Family Trusts, Inheritance, and more.
  • Manage Child Arrangement Cases, including those involving domestic abuse or international relocation.
  • Advise on Cohabitation Agreements and Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements.
  • Represent Clients Effectively in Court, utilizing considerable experience and expertise.
  • Participate as a Collaborative Family Lawyer and Mediator.
