We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of up to 50 chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure that our kitchen standards are consistently met.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
- Ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure that we are sourcing the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
