Key Responsibilities- Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the hotel's interior and perimeter to identify potential safety risks and security threats.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and property.
- CCTV Monitoring: Monitor the hotel's CCTV system to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
- Safe Work Practices: Promote and maintain safe work practices throughout the hotel.
- Communication: Maintain radio contact with the Front Desk and Night Auditor at all times.
- Incident Reporting: Investigate and document incidents, including obtaining witness statements and writing incident reports.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate logs, records, and notebooks, and review daily activity logs.
- Item Control: Ensure that items being removed from the hotel are checked and processed correctly.
- Investigations: Conduct investigations into incidents and ensure that clear, concise, and accurate documentation is maintained.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer Service: Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically in emergency situations.
- Experience: Previous experience in the hotel industry is required, with a valid SIA Licence.
